If this is the first time you are registering for a class at Eastern, you may only do so by mail, fax, or in-person (Options 2-4 below).

Undergraduate ISR: $403 per credit hour (pch)
Undergraduate OOSR: $406 per credit hour (pch)
Undergraduate ISR (EasternOnline)**: $429 per credit hour (pch)

Graduate ISR: $460 per credit hour (pch)

If a student is matriculated (degree seeking or non-degree) in a graduate program of study, any course taken for credit or audit (whether graduate or undergraduate level) by the student will be billed at the graduate level.

If a student is matriculated in an undergraduate program of study, any course taken for credit or audit (whether graduate or undergraduate level) by the student will be billed at the undergraduate level.

If a student is not matriculated, but has been awarded an undergraduate degree, any course taken for credit or audit (whether graduate or undergraduate level) by the student will be billed at the graduate level.

If a student is not matriculated, and does not have an undergraduate degree, courses taken by a student for credit or audit can only be at the undergraduate level and, as such, will be billed at the undergraduate level.

Option 1: Web Registration

.

  1. Choose another method of registration if you have not previously registered for courses at ECSU.
  2. Login to E-Web at http://eWeb.easternct.edu using your Eastern ID and PIN. Your PIN is initialized as your DOB, in a MMDDYY format. The system will immediately expire your pin and ask you to change your PIN. Your new PIN must be a 6-digit number.
  3. Click 'Student Services', then click 'Registration', then click 'Register or Add/Drop Classes'.
  4. Select and submit the term for which your are registering.
  5. Please carefully read and follow the 'Register or Add/Drop Classes' instructions displayed on the page.
  6. Tutorial available.

Option 2: Mail

  1. Choose your courses.
  2. Complete the Registration Form.
  3. Mail to: Registrar’s Office, Eastern Connecticut State University, 83 Windham Street, Willimantic, CT 06226-2295.
    Note: Processing may be delayed for mail received after noted deadlines.

Option 3: Fax

.

  1. Choose your courses.
  2. Complete the Registration Form.
  3. Fax the form to (860) 465-4382.

Checks
Make checks payable to Eastern Connecticut State University.

A fee will be charged for any checks that are not honored by banks.

Credit Cards
All credit card transactions will be subject to a 2.5 percent convenience fee (i.e. if you charge $1,000, your credit card transaction will post as $1,025).


Payments by electronic check (ACH) or debit card (including VISA Debit Cards) are the preferred payment options and will not be subject to any convenience fee or service charge. 

 

Eastern will accept MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  VISA Credit Cards will no longer be accepted. 

 

Credit Card payments can only be made online.

 

(Mailed, faxed, or in-person credit card transactions will not be accepted.)
